Junior Athlete Coach Education Program. This will involve interaction between parents, coaches and players on their development.

This is a unique program which has been specifically designed to accommodate all aspects of learning into a developmental program to allow children to learn key areas in life essentially, analyses, decision-making, knowledge and understanding why we do certain things and their relevance, thought, coaching understanding.

Effectively it develops every child specific to their age range. It acts as a key to developing players as individuals and as footballers, but essentially acts as early development into becoming a coach in the future. The skills which all players regardless of capabilities, learning styles and application will essentially develop are paramount to long term success in everyday life in a fun packed way so that the children are learning as they are doing, with the help and support from their parent’s and coaches. Never again will people say good players don't make good coaches.
