


The GSF Enterprise Show is an innovative program designed to develop your students (aged 11+) to embrace enterprising thoughts and behaviours, maximise their potential and progress their academic and life excellence.
The GSF Enterprise Show is currently being delivered in schools in the region with plans to expand the program to all schools in the North of England and has recently been recognised as one of Yorkshire’s most innovative programs to date, leading to securing an Innovation Voucher from Business Link Yorkshire which is funded by Yorkshire Forward and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, providing Gérard School of Football with financial support of up to £3000 to engage with Yorkshire's universities and other academic institutions to help grow the business and develop this innovative program by tapping in to the regions educational practical knowledge and expertise.
The GSF Enterprise Show will soon become recognised as a pioneer in the field of developing students' performance and character development. Our comprehensive training programs are designed to improve the total individual and are founded upon eight disciplines / modules:
Life Skills – Teaches students the skills and characteristics that develop high performance thoughts and habits in both sports (optional) education͵ business and life.
Mental Conditioning – Builds the mental skills that help students reach their goals and compete at their best on any given day at any given task.
Enterprise Skills- Develops the students' enterprise skills and thoughts that can be applied to everything and anything whilst providing the direction, inspiration and hope in achieving what they want whether that is business or life or both.
Performance Analysis – Allows the students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats – setting structured plans of improving their performance through their academic studies, life and future through planning goals, targets and areas they need to improve to develop their performances and how they will go about it.
Educational Advantage – Supporting the academic process through providing guidance and support on anything they find difficult within school, business and life by working with you to facilitate the process in a systematic approach
Nutrition - Optimizes personal nutrition to meet high level lifestyle and school / sport demands. Sample topics include: optimal everyday nutrition, eating plans to meet specific demands, body composition, energy balance and body weight issues, dietary supplements, hydration strategies and maintaining nutrition while travelling. By fuelling the body correctly they are greater enhancing their chances of optimum performance.
Communication Skills–Improves self awareness, social interaction and overall communication in sports and life through improvisation and role-playing exercises.
Physical Conditioning – Develops sport-specific strength, power, movement, speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning. (Optional related to whether they like football or not – as we cater for all likes and dislikes).
